全自動(dòng)螺栓制造機(jī)采納了全新的模塊理念，允許客戶在一臺(tái)設(shè)備上完成所有的生產(chǎn)流程。如線圈開卷、進(jìn)料、切斷、鐓鍛、縮徑、鉆頭、滾牙、成品運(yùn)送、打標(biāo)記、包裝等所有的流程都在一臺(tái)設(shè)備上完成。
這樣做大大減少了整個(gè)生產(chǎn)所需的時(shí)間和成本，同時(shí)大大增加了產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)率。該設(shè)備可生產(chǎn)長(zhǎng)度至1.5米，螺紋直徑至14毫米的螺栓。生產(chǎn)速度最高可達(dá)每分鐘230件。
全自動(dòng)平板模滾牙機(jī)可自動(dòng)為螺栓進(jìn)行全滾牙。它的最大優(yōu)勢(shì)在于橫向進(jìn)料?？蔀?00毫米長(zhǎng)螺絲和雙頭螺栓進(jìn)行高速全滾牙。

The “All-in-one” Bolt-maker applies a new modular concept that allows customer to complete all production procedures in one machine. Such procedures can be: de-coiling, wire feeding, cutting, two step heading, reducing, pointing, thread rolling etc. ejection of the finished products, marking, packing and so on - all of these completely automatic high-speed applications are in one machine.
By doing it in this way, the total production time & cost will be reduced and the productivity increases dramatically. Such Bolt-Makers can produce bolts length up to 1.5 meter, the bolt thread diameter up to 14mm, productivity will be up to 230 pcs per minute.
Beside the Bolt-maker there is a Flat-Die Thread-Roller for the production of fully threaded screws and studs as well. The main advantage is the horizontal feeding of the blanks. The machine allows a maximum thread length up to 800mm at high speed.
