興怡緊固件是一家專業(yè)生產(chǎn)紅打螺栓的工廠,主要生產(chǎn)依據(jù)DIN,JIS,BS,ASME等標準的內(nèi)、外六角螺栓,產(chǎn)品規(guī)格從M12--M64;長度從100MM--1500MM;級別為8.8 10.9 12.9，B7 B7/L7 A490 A325 BD等等
公司在原有的技術水平上不斷提升自我,開拓進取,尤其在于檢測方面同行業(yè)中領先,已成功領取勞氏 ISO9000和CE14399/15048認證，同時公司還在2010年通過了ISO17025的實驗室認證。
由于在技術方面的不斷突破，我司今年達到了緊固件產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的高峰。以風力發(fā)電螺栓和工程建筑螺栓為主打產(chǎn)品進入市場，贏得了更多客戶對興怡的重新認識與高度評價和成為緊固件標準編著的委員。
由于歐盟反傾銷的問題,我們及時調(diào)整了市場策略：在江蘇連云港開設新工廠來滿足市場的需求調(diào)整了產(chǎn)品規(guī)格開設了冷打內(nèi)外六角產(chǎn)品，真正實行熱打和冷打的一體化生產(chǎn)，規(guī)格從M6- M64 長度25-2000。興怡在不斷的成長壯大，目前的興怡可能不是最好的，但相信通過興怡人的共同努力和拼搏,興怡的明天一定會更好。
XINGYI FASTENERS is a professional manufacturer,which is specialized in producing hexagon and socket head bolts & screws of hot forgings,according to DIN,JIS,BS,ASME,etc standard;Diameter range is from M12---m64;Length is from 60mm---2000mm.Grade consists of 8.8,10.9,12.9, B7 B7/L7 A490 A325 etc.
We keep improving and developing ourselves step by step,finally we're leading the trends in the quality inspection in the same business or market.We obtained the ISO9000:LRattestation and CE14399/15048 accreditation,and gained the ISO17025 laboratory certification in 2010.
Due to the break through we made in technical study,we have been attaining in the highest level of fasteners quality ever since.By introducing to the market our new major products of wind power generator bolts and structural bolts,we have received highly appraisement from new customers and become the committee member of standard fastener.
We had adjusted the marketing strategy timely when the EU anti-dumping came:a new manufacturing base have been under building in Jiangsu Lianyungang to adapt to the new marketing demand and adjust the product specification and start to produce cold forge bolts, authentically realize the integration production of cold forge and hot forge, specifications from M6- M64,length 25-2000. Xing Yi is in the continuous growth，and we believe the future will be better and better thourgh our joint effort and gradual improvement,even though we're not the best at the moment.
