公司擁有上百臺(tái)冷鍛成型機(jī),搓牙機(jī)生產(chǎn)設(shè)備,包括單模機(jī),二模 三模 四模 五模,有(普通型,加長(zhǎng)型 ,超長(zhǎng)型),目前生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品的廣泛應(yīng)用于各個(gè)領(lǐng)域.有汽車(chē)零部件,航空零部件,電器配件,建筑緊固件,安全設(shè)備及手工具零件.
公司主營(yíng)產(chǎn)品:半中空鉚釘,特殊鉚釘,螺絲,特殊螺絲,銷(xiāo) 公母組等非標(biāo)緊固件.
可加工材質(zhì)包括碳鋼,不銹鋼 銅 鋁合金.還可以根據(jù)客人要求訂制.

"FONTEC Hardware Product CO.,LTD was founded in 1978 and based in Taiwan. In 1995 we have our Dongguan factory and in 2001 we have our Suzhou factory, Fontec is a company that devote to manufacture all kinds of fasteners. In the past 40 years, we had enrich our experience and technologies, always keeping up with times, with the continuous improvement of the management and product quality, we introduce ERP software, promote internal control management, and quality control which certify by TS16949.
We own more than 150 cold forging machines and thread rolling machines, including 1 die 2 blow, 2 die 2 blow, 2 die 4 blow, 3 die 3 blow, 3 die 6 blow, 4 die 4 blow, 5 die 5 blow machines. Currently our products are widely applied in all kinds of fields, like automobile parts, aviation parts, electrical accessories, architecture fasteners, safety equipments and hand tool parts.
Our main products include semi -tubular rivets, special rivets, screws, special screws, pins, male female screws set and nonstandard fasteners.
