"泊頭市意興隆金屬制品有限公司位中國“鑄造名城”河北省泊頭市工業(yè)區(qū)，公司始建于2007年，于2013年搬遷至工業(yè)區(qū)3號路，占地7500平方米，車間面積4500平方米，辦公樓面積800平方米。
公司的主要生產(chǎn)設(shè)備有：1噸中頻電爐兩臺，粘土砂水平自動(dòng)造型線一條，拋丸清理機(jī)兩臺，數(shù)控加工中心5臺，數(shù)控車床5臺，檢測設(shè)備有：拉力試驗(yàn)機(jī)一臺，硬度儀一臺，金相儀一臺，爐前快速分析儀一臺，并配有化驗(yàn)室。
公司主要產(chǎn)品：球鐵法蘭、球鐵T型螺栓、機(jī)械零部件等。
公司有十多年汽車零部件的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，并具有設(shè)計(jì)制作零部件檢具的能力，其中主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)品發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)減震平衡配重件，主要配套普利司通美國公司，配套車型有本田商務(wù)車、雷克薩斯及日產(chǎn)汽車等。所有零部件均100%全檢合格出廠，并根據(jù)零部件的要求制定專用檢具，使產(chǎn)品出廠合格率達(dá)到客戶要求。
球鐵T型螺栓具有強(qiáng)度高耐腐蝕的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，公司一直致力于材料精細(xì)研究，發(fā)揮球鐵的材料的特性，開發(fā)并生產(chǎn)多規(guī)格球鐵螺栓，廣泛用于給水、燃?xì)獾鹊芈窆苈肪o固使用，產(chǎn)品銷往東南亞及歐洲各國，并得到客戶一致好評。

"Botou Yixinglong Metal Products Co., Ltd., founded in 2007, is located in the development-zone of Botou City, Hebei Prov., China. Botou is named “township of casting” for its specialization in casting and machining, and it is next to Beijing Capital Airport and Tian Jin Port, which greatly facilitates the export and transportation of our products.
More importantly, we have been producing a variety of machinery parts such as auto parts for more than ten years, which in turn enables us to self-design and manufacture parts-inspection tools. The majority of our products include auto parts, engine shock balance weights, ductile iron flanges, ductile iron T-bolts, gear rings, and other non-standard casting products as needed.
Our target markets range from Taiwan, Japan to Europe and North America, and our customers mainly include: Toyota Motor USA Plant, Lexus, Honda Automobile, Taiwan Water Supply Company, UK Gas Pipeline Company. For instance, one of our main products, engine shock balance weights, is supplied to Bridgestone Americas and has been applied to commercial vehicles/cars of Honda, Lexus and Nissan. We developed special inspection tools according to key dimensions of the parts, and thus all parts are 100% fully qualified before delivered to our customers.
All of our products are produced in conformity with international quality management standards ISO9001. We strictly control the producing process and ensure the ability to provide customers with continue, reliable and high-quality supply capabilities.
