"益穩(wěn)公司成立已有多年，是一家集專業(yè)研發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)生產(chǎn)銷售服務(wù)于一體的實(shí)力型螺絲機(jī)械公司。公司員工80多人，研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)有多名三十多年螺絲機(jī)械研發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的臺灣工程師，所有設(shè)備均有獨(dú)特先進(jìn)的設(shè)計(jì)理念，并結(jié)合現(xiàn)場使用者意見，確保設(shè)備質(zhì)量及人性化操作。公司主要以生產(chǎn)高精密、高速度、高性能、高性價(jià)比的產(chǎn)品為經(jīng)營理念，主要生產(chǎn)兩模兩沖、兩模三沖、兩模四沖、三模六沖、三模三沖、四模四沖、五模五沖、六模六沖螺絲成型機(jī)，鉚釘成型機(jī)和高速搓牙機(jī)。
本公司加工設(shè)備采用日本、德國進(jìn)口先進(jìn)機(jī)床，確保機(jī)器高精密度，機(jī)器原料主要配件均為臺灣進(jìn)口，國內(nèi)組裝。公司另與臺灣知名企業(yè)合作代理原裝臺灣一模兩沖打頭機(jī)，多工位冷鐓機(jī)和螺母機(jī)等各種螺絲機(jī)械及周邊設(shè)備。經(jīng)過多年不懈的努力及全體員工的不斷拼搏，業(yè)務(wù)已遍布全國各地，部分產(chǎn)品銷往海外，為了更貼近和了解客戶需求，公司特在江蘇、上海、越南等地設(shè)立分廠，2018年在廣東省陽江市購買土地自建廠房，致力于長期穩(wěn)固發(fā)展，更好的服務(wù)于客戶。我公司研發(fā)的多工位打頭機(jī)集合世界領(lǐng)先技術(shù)具備如下優(yōu)點(diǎn)：
1、本機(jī)采用高強(qiáng)度優(yōu)質(zhì)鑄件，全部鑄件均為臺灣企業(yè)生產(chǎn)，牌號達(dá)到國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，床身堅(jiān)固，確保機(jī)身的精度和長久穩(wěn)定性。
2、床身零配件和加工全部采用計(jì)算機(jī)cnc加工一體一次性加工，確保零件加工精密度。
3、曲軸、滑板、軸承等主要零件從日本直接進(jìn)口，保證機(jī)器高性能,高速度，超耐磨性的需求。
4、潤滑管道以鋁管為主，油路設(shè)有自動循環(huán)系統(tǒng)，并通過高壓輸送,不易堵塞，摩擦部位經(jīng)特殊處理，確保機(jī)器經(jīng)久耐用。
5、綜合市場緊固零件的多元化，我公司生產(chǎn)此機(jī)器比一般機(jī)器生產(chǎn)長度更長，切料外徑更大。
6、機(jī)器另配備其它功能（計(jì)算機(jī)檢測，氣動剎車，全密封護(hù)罩，變頻等功能）可根據(jù)客戶需要自行選定。
7、根據(jù)客戶螺絲樣品開發(fā)產(chǎn)品，也可根據(jù)樣品訂制非標(biāo)機(jī)器。"

1. The machine adopts high-strength and high-quality castings, all of which are produced by Taiwanese enterprises. The brand meets international standards. Robust body ensures accuracy and long-term stability.
2. Lathe bed parts and processing all adopt computer cnc processing one-time processing, to ensure the precision of parts processing.
3. Main parts such as crankshafts, sliding plates and bearings are imported directly from Japan to meet the requirements of high performance, high speed and super wear resistance.
4. The lubrication pipeline is mainly made of aluminum pipe. The oil circuit is equipped
with automatic circulation system which is transported under high pressure. It is not easy to block. The friction parts are specially treated to ensure the durability of the machine.
5. In view of the diversification of cold pier parts in the market, our company produces this machine with longer length and larger outer diameter cutting than other machines.
6. The machine is equipped with other functions (computer detoectin, Air- brake ,fully sealed shields, frequency conversion and other functions) that can be selected according to customer's needs.
7. According to the customer screw samples to develop products, can also be customized according to the samples of nonstandard machines."
